On October 14th, 2024, Simcha Island hosted a group of Hotel Management students from the State Institute of Hotel Management (SIHM), Indore. The visit was a part of their industrial exposure, providing an immersive learning experience in hospitality operations.
A Warm Welcome with Adventure Park Tour
The welcome began with a refreshing drink by the food and beverage team at Simcha. This small but thoughtful gesture set a positive tone for the day, highlighting the importance of hospitality right from the beginning of the guest journey.
The group was then taken on a guided tour of Simcha, led by Adventure Manager Mr. Mukesh Giri Goswami, along with Mr. Ajit and other heads of Hotel Operations.
The students had the opportunity to explore various attractions within the park, such as the Splash Water Park, the new Sonnet Banquet, Trampoline, Go-Karting, and Snow Park. The site visit enhanced the students’ knowledge of how large-scale recreational activities are handled, managed, and operated in the service industry.
