Cancellation, Return and Refunds

Due to the nature of the bookings are subjected to availabilities at Simcha Island, the order once placed on the website cannot be cancelled in any circumstances.
If you think you are not receiving satisfactory returns on your orders or the order details are tampered before delivery, please notify the customer service team on immediate basis via email/phone. Our Team will ask you for all the details necessary and will take appropriate action for the same. If the order is found containing errors or technical glitches, the decision of issuing refund will be informed within 7 days of booking.
Siena Infotainment Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to provide a refund or replacement of the orders at its own discretion, and any decision made by the management will be final and bidding.
